Would like to seek advise here if the developer lawyer had been over quoting me for strata title transfer from developer to me (owner). Yes it took them this long to approach me for thr transfer of strata title. Its my first property and I bought this about 7-8years ag at RM701k, 80% loan. Here are the breakdown she quoted me:
(A) Legal Fees
Memorandum of transfer 14A - RM1653.60
Memorandum of charge (16A) - RM1372.88
6% SST on legal fees - RM181.59
(B) Disbursement subject to SST (courier to SG)
Travelling and courier charges - RM50
Printing charges- RM50
Miscellaneous - RM50
6% SST on Disbursement- RM9
(C) Disbursement not subject to SST
